Bring in Healthy and Positive Ch’i

One quick way to bring in healing energy to your office or home, is to add some nature.  Nature is the ultimate healing machine.    It’s not easy to open a window and bring in the “outdoor open spaces” but you can still benefit from Nature’s bounty by adding beautiful natural scenes around you.

Says Feng Shui:  a soft and gentle mountain range behind you, a wide and beautiful vista in front of you will bring healthy energy to your day.   However, don’t put the mountain in front of you or you might find you have a more difficult time of it, like having to scale a mountain every day.

If you can, put some healthy plants around you.  Silk plants are second best, plastic and dried arrangements are decaying ch’i—don’t use them.

Flowing water can help to sooth you, a clean and healthy fish tank or a fountain that is calming and flowing toward the center of the room, will have a positive effect on your health and profitability.  Make sure that the noise is not offensive to you or others around you.

As often as you can, take your breaks to get outside and/or meditate.  Even taking a moment to slowly breathe in, filling your belly with fresh air and breathe out, cleansing yourself of stress, tension and toxins, is a healthy alternative.   Any of this will provide a reconnection to bring you into alignment with your Life Force, re-ignite your creativity, help you focus and inspire your sacred work.

Healthy energy in and around you will bring you success and happiness.  Nature shows us the power of the small to produce great wealth:  a thousand forests come from one little apple.  Your goodness is coming to you with each breath you take.
